Battioni Pagani Pompe S.p.A. complies to Directive 2006/42/EC, that replaces the previous Directives 89/392/EEC, 91/368/EEC, 93/44/EEC, 93/68/EEC, 98/37/EC. Directive 2006/42/EC defines the compulsory safety requirements that all machines have to comply with to be commercialized within the European Community.
