Primary valve in carbon steel
Primary valves are designed to be welded on top of the vacuum truck tank, at the point where the vacuum/pressure line begins. They feature an integrated overflow system with a stainless steel float ball. When the tank reaches the maximum fill level, the valve prevents liquid from entering the vacuum line and reaching the pump.
Additionally, they are equipped with the following accessories: removable cover, threaded coupling for pressure relief/vacuum adjustment valve, pressure gauges, ventilation system, and cyclone valve discharge.

Cyclone valve in carbon steel
Cyclone valves are designed to be installed in the vacuum/pressure line between the pump and the tank.
Cyclone valves prevent external liquid or solid parts that could bypass the primary valves from entering the pump.
The cyclone consists of a vertical cylinder with a conical bottom. The flow enters the separator body tangentially through the inlet; the mixture of solids and liquids begins to spin, and the denser materials are separated from the fluid due to this descending flow, as a result of centrifugal force, and can be collected in the lower compartment. As the mixture descends along the cone, a "vortex effect" is created at the center. This process generates a vortex in the center of the cone through which the lighter flow rises.

Pulley with pneumatic clutch
The Battioni Pagani pulley is a pneumatic clutch assembly with dimensional characteristics and performance particularly suitable for controlling the engagement and disengagement of vacuum pumps, blowers, high-pressure piston water pumps, and centrifuges, installed above the vehicle frame, where the pump and/or blower operation occurs via a belt drive.
The use of clutches on combined vehicles for the emptying of septic tanks and channel washing allows for the engagement and disengagement of vacuum and water pumps without having to stop the rotation of the drive that powers the input pulley, thus ensuring the operator extreme ease of use of the setup and a reduction in passive times.
